Controlling the multimedia equipment

Everything in C127
is controlled using
the wireless control pad (1).


Lights
Touch the "LIGHTS" tab on the control pad. All the lights in the room can be controlled using one of the options listed on the control pad. Please note that the whiteboard lights are also controlled from here.


Sound (Audio)
Touch the"AUDIO" tab on the control pad. Both the microphone and the overall sound (master volume) can be controlled from this screen. Press the "PRESET" buttons for the optimum sound levels set for the room.


LCD Projector

Touch the "PROJECTOR" tab on the control pad.

1. Start by turning on the LCD projector by pressing the "ON" button. During your presentation, you may blank the the screen temporarily anytime by clicking the "BLANK" button on this screen.

2. Select the source from the left-hand-side menu, "Program Source". You may select to use the Apple G4 (click on "COMPUTER"), a notebook computer (click on "LAPTOP"), the document viewer (click on "DOCUMENT"), the VCR (click on "VCR"), or the DVD player (click on "DVD").



Using the Apple G4 Computer
  1. Touch the "PROJECTOR" tab on the control pad.
  2. Turn the projector "ON".
  3. Select the source from the left-hand-side menu as "COMPUTER".


Connecting the Laptop
  1. Touch the "PROJECTOR" tab on the control pad.
  2. Turn the projector "ON".
  3. Select the source from the left-hand-side menu as "LAPTOP"
  4. Connect your laptop using the audio/video connections (4).


Using the VCR
  • Touch the "PROJECTOR" tab on the control pad.
  • Turn the projector "ON".
  • Select the source from the left-hand-side menu as "VCR"

 



Using the DVD Player
  • Touch the "PROJECTOR" tab on the control pad.
  • Turn the projector "ON".
  • Select the source from the left-hand-side menu as "DVD"
