My primary teaching responsibilities include 1) a graduate course in Genomics and Bioinformatics (BCMB 8140), co-organized with Dr. Mike Adams, and 2) the first semester of a two semester undergraduate/graduate sequence in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (BCMB 4010/6010). The latter makes extensive use of RasMol and Chime, both in lecture and as an integral component of a required student project. I have also designd and taught several Freshman Seminar courses (FRES 1010). Course anouncements for these courses are available below.
